Ticket cancellation policy
Tickets purchased after the Cancellation deadline cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
Cancellation may not be possible after 11:30 PM (KST) depending on the bank you are using because deposits and withdrawals may be suspended due to the bank's circumstances, such as inspection and closing.
In addition, if you cancel very close to the deadline, cancellation may not be possible or cancellation charge rates may change due to Internet connection status or the circumstances of your mobile carrier. Please make sure to cancel with ample time.
For tickets cancelled within 9 days before the shows, following cancellation fees will be applied.
