‘BEWAVE(비웨이브)’는 ‘BLUE WAVE’의 약자로 각자의 매력을 지닌 여섯 명의 멤버(제나, 아인, 레나, 윤슬, 지언, 고운)가 모여 새롭고 압도적인 하나의 ‘BLUE WAVE’를 일으키겠다는 의미를 담고 있다.
또한 매번 다른 모습으로 다채로운 퍼포먼스를 선사하지만 하나의 팀으로 ‘BEWAVE(비웨이브)만의 WAVE’를 세상에 보여 주겠다는 자신감과 각오도 함께 담겨 있다.

BEWAVE(비웨이브)의 첫 데뷔 미니 앨범 ‘BE;WAVE’는 모든 청춘들의 감정을 공유하며, 함께 즐길 수 있는 음악들로 이루어져 있다.
위로가 필요한 이들에게는 무겁지 않은 따뜻한 위로로, 행복을 나누고자 하는 이들에게는 그 행복과 기쁨이 배가 될 수 있도록 오랜 친구처럼 다가갈 것이다.
