LIMELIGHT DEBUT EP LOVE & HAPPINESS

 

1. Honestly

타이틀곡을 'Honestly'는 PreDebut 앨범의 더블 타이틀곡인 'Eye To Eye'의 연장선에 있는 곡이다. 꿈에 그리던 사람을 처음 만난 이후 용기 있게 먼저 다가가 계속 물음을 던지는듯한 내용을 담고 있어 순수하고 풋풋한 느낌을 준다. 사랑의 시작에 대해 다시 생각해 볼 수 있는 곡임과 동시에 소녀들만이 보여줄 수 있는 간질간질한 감정을 미니멀한 사운드와 반복되는 후렴구로 표현하고 있다.

 

2. 블랑누아 (Blanc Noir)

흑백이라는 뜻을 가진 곡 '블랑 누아 (blanc noir)'는 새하얗게 나를 비춰주던 네가 사라지고 새까맣게 변해버린 내가 더 늦기 전 다시 너를 불러 시작을 알린다는 내용의 한 편의 영화 같은 곡이다.

폭죽처럼 터지는 사운드와 고조되는 흐름이 매력적이며 그 흐름을 이끌어가는 탄탄한 보컬 역시 인상적인 곡이다.

 

3. 크리스탈 (Crystal)

크리스탈 (Crystal)은 나를 가렸던 한계를 넘어 이제부터 더 빛날 소녀들의 당당한 포부를 담은 곡이다. 귀를 사로잡는 건반 소리로 시작하는 이 곡은 몰아치는 후렴구 사운드와 후반부에 반전되는 비트로 또 다른 분위기를 보여준다. 이렇게 다채로운 매력을 보여주는 이 곡은 가사처럼 모두 보여주겠다는 소녀들의 자신감을 엿볼 수 있다.
