<DELIVERY INFORMATION>

· 예약 상품과 다른 상품을 함께 주문할 시에는 예약 상품 발송일에 맞춰 함께 배송됩니다. 분리 배송을 원하실 경우 따로 주문 부탁드립니다.

  In case you order pre-order products and other products together, they will be delivered together by adjusting the date based on the delivery date of pre-order products. 

  If you want to receive your products separately, please order separately.

· 배송 일정은 제작사의 사정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

  The delivery schedule may change depending upon the circumstances of the manufacturer.

· 코로나 바이러스-19로 인하여 일부 국가 및 지역 배송이 제한되고 있습니다. 배송 불가 지역의 주문건은 자동으로 취소될 수 있으며, 코로나 바이러스-19 상황에 따라 추후 발송될 예정입니다.

  Delivery is restricted in some countries and regions due to COVID-19, Orders from those areas may be canceled automatically and be delivered at a later time, depending on the virus situation.

· 사이즈 및 구성 내용은 제작 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

  Size and configuration of products are subject to change depending on the circumstances of manufacturing.

· 외부 케이스는 상품을 보호하기 위한 보호제로, 케이스의 경미한 스크래치 및 변색 등은 제품의 하자가 아님을 알려드립니다. 

  The outer case is to protect goods. Please note that slight scratches and discoloration of the case is not a defect of the product.  

· 무통장 입금의 경우 주문 접수일로부터 3일까지 입금되지 않을 시 자동으로 주문이 취소됩니다.

  In case of online bank transfer, the order will be canceled automatically if payment is not transferred from the date of order receipt to the 3 day.

· 사전 예약 상품의 경우 판매가 종료된 이후에는 수량 변경, 교환, 환불이 불가합니다.

  For pre-order products, you cannot change the quantity, exchange, refund after the sale has finished.

· 받으신 상품은 수령 후 바로 상품 상태를 확인 부탁드리며, 포장 개봉 시부터 상품 전체 확인 과정을 하나의 동영상으로 촬영해주시기 바랍니다. 

 동영상이 없을 경우 교환 및 물품 누락 접수가 불가능합니다. 제품 불량 혹은 오배송의 경우 고객센터 (070-4190-4189)로 문의 주시기 바랍니다.

 Upon receipt your products, please check the products condition and please take a video of the entire product verification process from the opening of the pakage.

 If you don't have a video, you can't receive exchanges or missing items. please contact the customer center (+82-70-4190-4189) for defective products or misdelivery.
