엑소 카이(에스엠엔터테인먼트 소속)가 4월 21일 네 번째 미니앨범 ‘Wait On Me’를 발매한다.


이번 앨범은 동명의 타이틀 곡 ‘Wait On Me’를 포함한 총 7곡이 수록되어 있으며, 카이가 2023년 3월 선보인 세 번째 미니앨범 ‘Rover’ 이후 약 2년 만에 발표하는 것으로 더욱 기대를 모은다.


카이는 2020년 솔로 데뷔해 절제된 섹시미의 ‘음 (Mmmh)’, 스윗 바이브가 돋보인 ‘Peaches’, 와일드 힙의 정석 ‘Rover’ 등 본인만의 스타일을 녹인 음악과 무대로 글로벌한 인기를 얻으며 ‘월드클래스 퍼포머’다운 면모를 입증한 바, 컴백 기대감이 높아지고 있다.


또한 앨범 발매에 이어 ‘2025 KAI SOLO CONCERT TOUR <KAION>’도 전개되며, 5월 서울을 시작으로 쿠알라룸푸르, 마카오, 자카르타, 싱가포르, 타이베이, 마닐라, 방콕, 요코하마, 홍콩 등 아시아 10개 지역에서 공연이 펼쳐지는 만큼, 올해 카이의 ‘열일’ 행보에 이목이 집중된다.
