-       본 공연은 공식 지정된 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 구매 또는 취득하신 티켓으로 발생한 문제에 대해서는 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임지지 않습니다. 문제 발생 시 실제 예매자와의 확인 작업을 진행하며, 신분 확인이 되지 않는 고객님께서는 즉각 퇴장됩니다.

-       본 공연은 회차별 1인 2매 예매 가능합니다. (총 4매 예매 가능)

-       본 공연의 티켓 수령은 현장 수령으로만 진행됩니다. (티켓 발송은 하지 않습니다)

-       무통장 입금으로 예매한 경우 예매 당일 23:59까지 입금하셔야 예매가 취소되지 않습니다. (은행별 입금 마감 시간이 다를 수 있으니 사전에 확인하시기 바랍니다)

-       티켓 취소, 환불은 에버라인샵 규정 내 정해진 기한 내에 에버라인샵을 통해서만 가능합니다.

-        공연 당일 매표소는 공연 시작 2시간 전부터 공연 시작 전까지 운영합니다. (당일 현장 상황에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다)

-        예매자 본인이 아닌 경우 입장 불가합니다. 반드시 실 관람자의 명의로 예매하시기 바랍니다.

-        티켓은 어떠한 사유(훼손, 분실 등)에도 재발권이 불가하며, 티켓 미소지 시 공연장 입장 또한 불가하니 보관에 유의해 주시기를 바랍니다.

-        현장 티켓 수령 시, 예매자 본인 실물 신분증과 예매내역서를 반드시 지참하시기 바랍니다.

-        필요한 증빙서류는 모두 실물 이어야 하며, 사본 및 사진 캡쳐본은 인정되지 않습니다.

-        모든 수령한 티켓은 분실, 파손 등 어떠한 경우에도 재발권 및 입장이 불가하오니 티켓 보관에 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.

Ticket Reservation Information and Precautions

-       If you made a reservation through a deposit without a bankbook, you must make a deposit by 23:59 on the day of reservation to prevent cancellation of the reservation. (Please check in advance as deposit closing times may vary by bank)

-       Ticket cancellation and refund are only possible through EVERLINE SHOP within the fixed time limit within the EVERLINE SHOP Regulations.

Ticket Collection Information

-       Ticket booths will be operational from 2 hours before the event until 30 minutes after it starts. (Subject to change depending on on-site conditions)

-       Entry will be denied to anyone other than the ticket purchaser. Please ensure that tickets are booked under the name of the actual attendee.

-       Tickets cannot be reissued for any reason (damaged, lost, etc) and you will not be allowed to enter the venue without your ticket.

-       When collecting tickets on-site, it is mandatory to present your physical passport and booking confirmation.

-       All required supporting documents must be physical and no copy or photo capture is permitted.

-       All tickets received cannot be reissued or entered under any circumstances, such as loss or damage, so please pay special attention to the storage of tickets.
